Introduction
Crystal coating machine is a new product that work together with Flatbed
printers.It is used to To form high glossy effect on the printed material like Glass,
ceramic, acrylic, MDF,Alumina etc., At the same time to protect the image from
scratching, color fade, making the image waterproof, sun-shine proof and last
longer times.Also can make the colormore vivid by the mirror effect.
The machine is featured with advanced design, easy operation and automatic
controlling system.Compared with the traditional process of lamination process,
It saves cost, time energy.The finished product enjoys smooth surface, favorable
plumpness, strong adhesion, high abrasion resistance. It is applicable to a wide
range of inks: UV ink, ECO-solvent ink, bio-ink, also the normal inkjet printer
ink:, min-lab chemicals . The adjusting system allow various thickness material
to be coated by this machine..
The machine structure
The machine is composed by three part
1. Coating part
Here we make the adjustment to fit various thickness materials and adjusting
the coating thickness.
The liquid is installed here to realize circle running to avoid any waste for the
materials
2. Flatting part
The flatting part is formed by heating plates and funs. The heating plate relace
the IR lamp, which work together with funs to make the heating more even and
the temperature more stable. So the mirror surface will formed at this area
3. Curing part
The curing part is composed by 6 UV lamp, Of which 4 is for the surface, and 2
is for the side. The special design make the curing fast and efficient.
