a) The card is not issued for this door. b) The staff/maintenance card has lost its validity after being used for a few times. |
Use the correct card; Or issue a new maintenance card |

Synchronize the time either/both of the card or/and the lock. |

The lock has not been authorized. |
Authorize the lock with a card or a PP. |
