Introduction
Reciprocating feeder is designed to on the principle of inertia wherein large lumps of material to be fed are brought by gravity from a hopper or bunker on the reciprocating tray fabricated of high quality stell plates.
The universal engineering recipracating plate feeder is noted for its smooth reciprocating action providing a uniform feed rate. The feed rate is varied by changing the eccentric throw on select models. Anti-friction bearing, steel rollers, and suspension construction reduce maintenance and downtime.
Features
1. Feeder tray mounted on the standard steel channel fabricated frame at an inclination of 5-10 degrees for better feeding results.
2. Adjustable reciprocating stoke length up to 300mm, depending upon the size of lumps.
3. Substantial width of tray to accommodate large lumps of material to be fed.
4. Tray and side walls lined with wear resistant plate for longer life.
5. High capacity model designed with twin eccentric disc as well as crank-lever machnism.

The reciprocating plate feeder is ideal for sand, gravel in mining area, coal mine, working shop and harbor commodity transter. It is built in a wide range of sizes and types for shovel or dragline loading, ramp loading or bulldozing to trap. It is available in varying widths and lengths to fit your specific application.
