Our company Xionglin professional in manufacturering TPU thin film,could be widely used in shoes,clothes,sports supplies, water sport supplies.It has the feactures of high tenacity,high strength,anti-aging,good abrasion resistance, good air tightness, environmental non-toxic, oil resistant,cold resistant etc.
Thickness range: 0.07mm-3mm
Hardness range: 60-98 Share A
Width range: 1000mm-1500mm(Available on request)
Thin film color:according to customer’s requirement
The thin film do not include Plasticizer,will not have the problem of migration .We have complete specifications and types products which is suitable for high frequence welding, ultrasonic fusing, Sitching,mold hot press etc processing. Surface can be done with printing, embossing,electroplating, flocking etc.Give customers more choice.
We advice to use TPU ink priting,and need to do the pretreatment on TPU thin film surface.
Wear Resistance,high tear resistance, hydrolysis resistance,high and low temperature resistance,yellowing resistance, excellent antibiosis and mildew proof properties.
If the goods has common specifications or in stock,we could delivery in three days, if the goods is colored film without mass production or our company does not make it before,color fee and mold fee are in need.Minimum order require for the goods out of stock.

TPU material will not cause any air pollution when burned.It will naturally break down in the water and land within 3-5 years.
TPU is the material which is ECO-friendly, high wear and tear resistance, excellent bending resistance, high strength, easy for vacuum forming and printing, easy for high frequency welding, water proof and breathable etc.So it's also a main material to replace PVC.
TPU mateiral has passed the standard of SGS, CE, REACH, ASTM, ISO9001.
