China Stainless steel brown sugar crushing machine
Pin mill for sugar/cocoa/spice etc.
The pin mill is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, it can crush various of material.
The machine is made up of feeding material part and crush part, and dust collect part. Its coniguration is very briefness, all the parts which contact the material are made of stainless steel.
Working Principle:
The machine unit is made up of charging bucket, stepped gear, pulverizing knife, gearring, pulverizing motor, discharging port, fan blade, aggregating box, dust collection box etc.. The material is fed into the pulverizing room through the charging bucket, and pulverized by knife with high rotation. The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of the gap between stepped gear and stepped pan. The well-processed material is suctioned from the pulverizing room to the hop-pocket in the aggregating box by fan blade with high rotation, while the half-processed material will remain to be pulverized in the pulverizing room. The dust in the hop-pocket is collected by the dust collection box. The machine unit is designed according to GMP standard. It is featured with simple structure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality. There is no dust during the pulverizing.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: Raw material size, finess of finished material & ideal capacity for proper type. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 working days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 10 days to 20 working days based on different situations.
