- Surface of the tape should be smooth and neat. Excellent thickness uniformity.
- Smooth fracture surface which the dimensional accuracy reach 0.01mm. No adhesive residue and overflow.
- wrap up tightly, no looseness interlamination
- No gap or crumple between release paper and aluminum foil.
- High peel strength, no conglutination.
- One joint is allowed within 25m length tape. Two joints when length is over 25m.
- Core shouldn't be out of shape, brand mark should be in good condition.
- The product should be printed in brand mark, logo or insignia.
- Cutting rolled aluminum foil tape should be boxed by corrugated case.
- Certificate of approval must be attached in the packing case, with date in produced, name of checker and testing qualified chapter.
- Out of the packing should be printed with registered trademark, prodcut name, factory name, address, specification, lot number, quantity, grade,date in produced and marks of no upside down, keep dry
- Packing can be made according to customer request.
