It can work as usual even if one vacuum tube was broken 
You can get hot water on the second floor even if it was installed on the first floor 
There is two kinds type for your choose: One copper coil in tank or two copper coils in tank 
It can make building have a good looks, because the collector and tank is separated, you only need install collector on roof, then put tank 
Firstly, vacuum tube absorb sunlight then transfer heat to manifold by super-conduct heat pipe which has heat transfer medium in it 
Manifold and tank will start to forced circulation by circulating heat pump, hotter water flow into tank and cold water flow into manifold 
Two copper coil tank can be connected with others heater, such as radiator
