Question1:How to place an order to get a beautiful embroidery patches?
Step 1: Skim our website or products, Send inquiry to us or Chat online “TradeManager”with us if you are interested in any kinds of products.
Step 2: If need OEM service, please contact us by alibaba, email or call us, advise the patch size, quantity and other special requires, send us draft, than develop as your request.
Step 3: We will quote the best manufactory price
Step 4: Confirm price, pay sample fee first. We will start to make your woven patches. Sometimes sample fee is free. But it will depend on your patches size and pattern.
Step 5:Before bulk, sample should be approval. We will send embroidery patches sample to you confirm it by Express.
Step 6:After you confirm chenille patches sample and pay deposit, we will produce bulk as soon as possible, and lead time normal is one week.
Step 7: When bulk is ready, will inform to check it. Before shipping, please clean the balance payment. For bulk quality, if you get product, find any quality issue, please feel free to contact us.
Question 2: Can I have my own design and if so how many days can get sample?
we are factory, but not just a factory, as we have sales team, own designers ,own showroom, can help buyers to design popular styles, and all your inquiry will be replied in time. About sample time is 3 days, and bulk delivery time is 3 days-7 days. We will make the delivery as soon as possible with the guaranted quality.
Following is the normal shipping time for your reference.
