Its sweetener power (in 10%m/m solution) is equivalent to the 75% of the sucrose. Dextrose of food grade is widely used in all kinds of foods and beverages replacing sucrose as sweeter and as the raw materials in pharmaceutical factory to produce vitamin C and sorbitol, etc.
