YHD21 Street Sweeping machine is one compact integral structure road sweeping machine with special chassis. The road sweeping machine’s technology is leading in same products and with nice appearance & flexible operation. The total operation power is output by one KUBOTA diesel engine, moreover, the whole operations are controlled by hydraulic transmission.
YHD21 Street Sweeping machine Features:
- Japan Kubota single hydraulic transmission engine, powerful and stable
- 240L standard garbage bin can stock garbage, and it is very convenient to replace and clean for the garbage bin.
- Hinge turning structure be fitted with the Road Sweeping Machine can make the turning radius much smaller and sweep the twisty and narrow place.
- Suction system structure adopts circulation blow back combine with filter, it can sweep with or without water.
- The Road Sweeping Machine has 140L water tank and electric diaphragm pump, and there is sprinkler nozzle on the sweeping brush. You can turn on or turn off the water pump to spray according the road conditions. Moreover, the quantity of spray water is adjustable.
- The drive mode adopts hydrostatic infinitely variable speed transmission system, turning operation adopts complete hydraulic redirector, the operation of sweep is easy and flexible.
- The Road Sweeping Machine is equipped with air condition and heating machine, the operator can enjoy the comfortable work environment in summer and winter.
- There are panoramic glasses in cab, the field of vision is very open. The Road Sweeping Machine also equipped with color LED monitor which is convenient to check the status when sweep and reverse.
- All the glass of Cab is covered with high quality solar film, to ensure the cooling effect of air-conditioner.
- The Engine Inlet of the Road Sweeping Machine adopts overhead cyclone air pre-filter, reducing the air pollution, prolonging the using life of filter element.
- To clean ash of suction filter system is very fast, it need not maintain specially.
- The water tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel tank of the Road Sweeping Machine all adopt Rotational Molding, with less weight, no need anticorrosive treatment.
- The Road Sweeping Machine is equipped with 150L plastic water tank and minisize electric water pump which can spray and dedust.
- Most of the Abdeckblech (outer panel) and Decoration Parts of this Road Sweeping Machine adopt Blister Process, with nice appearance and reducing the total weight.
