Aluminum Composite Panel is a new kind of Eco-environment protection building material .It is widely used in curtain wall ,interior &exterior wall decoration ,advertisement board ,bus&ship decoration ,furniture manufacturing field etc With its advanced composite material structure &Property ,good price and easy processing,colorful decoration effect ,saving resource obviously .
This product is composed of multilayer material . There is a protective film on the surface with high purity aluminum alloy at both upper and down layer .The surface can paint both PVDF coating ( Normally used in exterior wall)and PE coating (Normally used in interior)with Non-toxic LDPF center .Aluminum alloy together with PE core plate Under the effect of polymenric membrane and then by the special tool&technical was combined .The product has good performance in anti-pollution ,self-cleaning ,acid&alkali resistant,anti-impact ,Environment-friendly ,which is regards as the 3RD generation curtain wall material by architect after stone material (ceramic brick )and glass with 20 years quality warranty .
