The natural color sand is made from very unique granite and marble ore in Tai Hang Mount area in China. Our products being crushed, grinded, washed, graded, and packed are under many working procedures and very precision machining.

  Natural color sand is processed from carefully selected granite or marble. It does not contain any chemical dyes, non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistant, with high intensity, anti-exposure, and it never changes color, etc.

Main Colors:

    Snow White, Black, Pink, Orange, Light Red, Dark Red, Light Green, Dark Green, Phoenix Green, Green Gem, Emerald Green, Light Yellow, Dark Yellow, Beige, Blue, Light Grey, Dark Grey, etc..

Mesh 10-20, mesh 20-40, mesh 40-80, mesh 80-120, mesh 120-200 and so on.

Usage:

1) Sand to extinguish cigarette in ashtray for hotels.  

2) Sand art: Sand Animation for children or complicated paintings for art public figure. 

3) Sand bottle and hourglass. According to personal creation or imagination, people can fill the sand in transparent glass bottles by different colours, to make various designs for decoration. They can change the designs at all times, as the picture showing below. Some can also be used for wedding ceremony celebration.

Epoxy color sand floor system

Features:

1. 1. A way for laying road with the epoxy solidifying agent, colorful epoxy paint and colorful sand;
2. 2. Anti-slip, anti-mildew and anti-oil;
3. 3. Abrasion resistance, compression resistance, and acid-alkali resistance.
4. 4. Non-poison, colorful, seamless.

Applications:

For hardware factory, plane parking shed, car-fixed factory, foodstuff factory, pharmacy factory, large-sized kitchen and hospital, etc.

Base Coat: 

1. epoxy resin  GELR-128(epoxy equivalent 190): 90

  reactive diluent BGE(epoxy equivalent 190)or D-1214:  10

  curing agent H-113:  50

  2. epoxy resin GESN-901*75(epoxy equivalent  450-500,75% solid content): 100

Solvent: defined amount

 Undercoat:

  resin mortar:128:90+BGE(or D-1214):10+H-113:50,mix well then put in 4-6 times silicon color sand or other hard color sand or add another more 3-4 times’ silicon/hard color sand on the middle-level.

  6821(on Summer):  25-30

  Relatively speaking, the dilution effect of BGE is better than D-1214,but it is odorant while D-1214 is colorless and tasteless, and at last the water tolerance of paint film is better than BGE. So usually using D-1214 as Surface besmear diluent, BGE as undercoat or bottom besmear diluent are suggested.

Construction Technology:

  1.surface treatment: Do Burnish, repair, decontamination and dust removal well according to the state of the ground. 

  2.epoxy undercoat : Using highly permeable and adhesive undercoat does roller coating once, to enhance the surface adhesion 

  3. fiberglass laid: Using fiberless cloth lay a whole floor. 

  4. epoxy mortar.: Put the sand into the two-component epoxy, using the trowel to coat it uniformly for several times.

  5. epoxy filler : Put proper putty powder into the two-component epoxy, using the trowel to coat it uniformly for several times.

  6. heavy anti-corrosion topcoat: Using the Heavy anti-corrosion topcoat does roller coating twice or three times.  

  7. time of flooring come into use:Subject to 250C, people can not stand on it within 24 hours,high pressure is not available within 72 hours,. If the temperature is low, spacing interval should be delayed accordingly.

Formula

Pure acrylic lactic acid: 30%  Natural color sand: 65%  Thickener: 3%   Plasticizer: 1%   Other Additives: 1%

First put latex, thickener, plasticizer and other additives together, mixing them well. Then put natural color sand in and mix them well. At last pack them.
