Product Description:
Range of polymer composite cross arm horizontal line post insulator 11kv to 220kv with different high leakage distance polymer composite cross arm line post insulator .
Features of composite polymer cross arm insulator:
1. Hydrophobic,anti vandalism.
2.High Quality HTV Silicone Rubber for the sheds/housing of composite cross arm insulator .
3.Epoxy Pultrusion FRP or ECR Fiberglass Rod fot the core rod of the composite horizontal line post insulator .
4.Hot Dip Galvanized Forged of Cast Steel fot metal end fitting of the composite horizontal line insulator.
5.Whole molding and injection technology.
6.Metal end fittings are directly crimped to composite insulator core rod by a TID-PIC 3000 fast crimp.
7.Superior bending and torsion strength as well as anti-explosive , un-puncture perfoemances.
8.Application in heavy polluted and hard-to-reach areas(swampy areas & highlands)
