MgO board (magnesium oxide board) is an industry leading material widely used in construction and decoration field. It’s made from 100% natural materials, free of harmful substances. Owing to its natural advantageous features like superior strength, fireproofing, waterproofing, thermal & sound insulation, easy installation, environmentally friendly, etc.
MgO board serves as an ideal base material for external wall, internal fireproof wall, decorative veneer board, partition, floor, ceiling, insulation panel, sandwich board, fireproof door, furniture board, duct/ pipe board, ect, is a preferential panel considered by many contractors, especially applied to office building, home, hotel, shopping mall, hospital, factory, airport, subway, gym and so on.
Material composition of mgo board: active high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO), high-quality magnesium chloride (MgCl2), alkali glass fiber cloth, flexible excellent plant fiber, non-combustible lightweight perlite, polymers, high-performance modifying agent.
MgO board’s unique smooth and rough surface, is providing diversified functions for customers. Smooth surface can be attached wallpaper paste, aluminum panels, decorative fire board, veneer, PVC, or latex paint and sprayed, etc; Rough surface can be attached ceramic tile, marble, granite, Pihui and paint brush. MgO board has excellent affinity for the above mentioned materials and can be secondary processing in the field or secondary use.

About MgO board:
1) High strength :light-weighted and economical.
2) Non-flammability : conforms to the national grade A1 standard (GB8624-2006 Grade A1).
3) Water resistant : The product is allowed to long-term expose to moist environment.
4) Invariability : Resistant to deformation in wet, hot and dry conditions.
5) Sound insulation : Sound loss through a 9mm thick Tolar TM plate -42dB.
6) Thermal insulation : Thermal conductivity of 0.216w/mk.
7) Durability : Resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali, long lasting strength.
8) Frost resistance : can be exposed at -40 degree.
9) Easy installation : easy to cut, saw, nail, drill, stick, and paint. The board has unique smooth and rough surface, the form finish can be sticked with wallpapering, aluminium panels, veneer, pvc, or get painted or sprayed, while the later for tile, marble, granite, etc.
10) Environmentally friendly : free of asbestos, formaldehyde, ammonia and other harmful substances.
11) Anti-insects and mildew : The board provide good insulation against insects, fungus and corrosion.
12) Dehalogenation resistant : no water drops or moisture.

Transportation:
Forbidding single handling and pay attention to corner protection.
Lifting the plate with two workers, hands apart to hold up the both sides of boards on and prevent excessive bending.
Proposed to erect the plate during transportation, when the plate thickness is less than 8mm, it is recommended to stack two sheets for handling.
