Bandvagn 206 (Bv 206) is a tracked articulated, hagglunds tracked snow vehicles all-terrain carrier developed by Hägglunds (now part of BAE Systems Global Combat Systems) for the Swedish Army. It consists of two units, with all four tracks powered. It can carry up to 17 people (6 in the front compartment, 11 in the rear), hagglunds tracked snow vehicles and the trailer unit can be adapted for different applications (see Variants section). hagglunds tracked snow vehicles
The warranty rules agreed upon is as follows:
Rubber tracks: 18 months after proved date of operating the machine, yet with a maximum of 24 months after date of shipment from the Supplier.
Goods, other than rubber tracks: 24 months after proved date of operating the machine, yet with a maximum of 30 months after date of shipment from the Supplier.
What are the rubber track advantages and features?
1. Less round damage
Rubber tracks cause less damage to roads than steel tracks, and less rutting of soft ground than either steel tracks of wheel products.
2. Low noise
A benefit to equipment operating in congested areas, rubber track products less noise than steel tracks.
3. High speed
Rubber track permit machines to travel at a higher speed than steel tracks.
4. Less vibration
Rubber tracks insulate machine and operator from vibration, extending the machine’s lifetime and lowering operate fatigue.
5. Low ground pressure
The ground pressure of rubber tracks equipped machinery can be fairly low, about 0.14-2.30 kg/ cmm , a major reason for its use on the wet and soft terrain .
6. Superior traction
The added traction of rubber, track vehicles permits them to pull twice the load of wheel vehicles of the sane weight.
How to extend the natural life of rubber track?
Be cautious when using the track.
1.Don’t swerve suddenly on mattess, sandy land ,hard land.
2.Don’t work on the mashed field as soon as possible.
3.Cleaned out carpolite or eye winker between track and bottom rack timely.
The tension of track should adjust in moderation.
It will affect the service life of track whether it’s tension adjusted in moderation or not.
Maintaining the vehicle track must be in time.
1.Rinse the track in time after working
2.Check the operation circs of each assistant accessory between track .
3.Clean the track and wipe dry and build on stilts for stockage.
