2016 New non pressurized integrated unpressurized solar water heater
This type of collector can be used in balcony or installed to suit any architectural requirements or building constraints.It is harmoniously with the architecture.The collector can be put on the balcony,windos,wall etc.Suitable for families who can’t put the collector on the roof.
1,Use main material:Germany imported high efficient selective blue titanium absorber ,high density heat insulation cotton, high purity copper tube,super white cloth grain toughened glass and so on .
2,Use the most advanced the whole plate laser welding process for copper and absorber, which has advantages of solder joints evenly, welding strength good, no damage and small resistance of hot transfer coating;
3,Use the overall pressure riveting process(not play rivet process) for aluminum alloy frame and back plate , strengthening the four corners with aluminum soldering .The back plate is smooth, level off and has good sealing low heat loss, besides,no deformation under the 1000 kg dead load ;
4,Unique design for frame ,mound layer,sealing material,so solar collector has good sealing,no water mist ,droplet which ensures collectors’ absorption efficiency and service life;Strong loading capacity ,collector has no leakage under 1.5Mpa pressure.
