Basic features:
1. Mainly used for straw dense forming and pasture dense forming.
2. The product has advantages like reasonable structure,high efficiency,low energy consumption,effective forming,adaptable,easy operation,easy maintenance and reliable performance.
3.The device can squeeze the straw with guillotine cutting length (for silk rubbing) under50 mm into rod-shaped solid pellets of biofuels (for animal feed) with cross-sectional size of 30-40mm,length 10mm to 100mm. The after-briquetting pellets are of highly-proportion,small size,easy storage and transportation,which are high-quality high-volatile solid fuels. The calorific value can reach 3200-4500kcal,which are flammable,less ash and low cost.They can also replace firewood,coal,gas and other fuels and they are widely used in the fields of heating,living stoves,boilers,biomass power plants.
4.Equipped with the forced lubricating system.
5.Reasonbale structure, stable performance, high effeciency, low consumption, good briquette effect, simple operation and convenient maintainance.
6.The unique mould structure can process different kinds of crop straw with different moisture content.
7.This machine can make both the feed briquette and fuel briquette.
