HDPE, PP, UPE material has proven to be relatively weak acid cross- environment (30% Cucl2 solution and 30% NaoH solution tested OK) it is suitable for most acid / base / salt / solvent / oil / gas and seawater corrosion environment. 1). Don't allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure
2). Use the accurate installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
3). Lubricate the bearing to avoid rust with high quality mineral oil, especially in summer
4). General inspection, such as the surrounding temperature, vibrate, noise inspection
5). Keep bearing cleaning from dirt, dust, pollutant, moisture.
6). Bearing should not be ultra cooled.
