Automatic Fruit Juice Filling Machine
The automatic fruit juice filling machine has three function of washing, juice filling and capping. whole process is automatic. it used for filling fruit juice, such as orange juice, pineapple juice, pomelo juice and so on .
Fruit juice filling machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC. The machine adopts advanced photoelectricity technology to detect running status. No bottle no filling, excellent automatically. It is possible to realize man-machine convesation because of appling touch screen for operation.
1) Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and the bottle shape won't damage as for dopting hanging type clamping bottlenect method.
2) Adopting clamping bottleneck method to wash bottle and avoid touching screw mouth, when bottle shape changes, you only need to change the spare components which related with bottle diameter.
3) The capping system applies advanced French technology (magnetic torque type capping head) , when clamping the cap will screw immediately.
4) The PLC and transducer are chosen international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBSHI and so on.

Before sales:

During build:
we will update the manufacturing process and status to buyers, and we will invite buyer come to test the machine when it finished in our factory, if the buyer think it is ok, we will arrange shipping; or we can take the testing video and send to buyer, the purpose is that the buyer?can inspect the machine but without travelling.
After sales:
We will send technicians to buys factory for installation, commissioning, and operator training; Our warranty period is 12 months, in this period, we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period, we offer free technical support, and the cost price of spare parts
