Process flow:
Products Description
1. HS-CE30 carton building machine is an innovative new case erector for erecting and bottom sealing RSC with divider cases with tape or hot melt adhesive at speeds.
2. It mechanically advances cases in the magazine to the pick-off. Once a case is picked, it is advanced into the feed rollers. For case setup, opposing vacuum cups engage the case and erect it.
3. The case is advanced through the machine with our integrated chain guide system (patent pending), the bottom flaps are closed using pneumatic actuators and tape or hot melt adhesive if applied.
4. The case is discharge from the machine in the vertical, upright position for easy case loading.
HS-CE Series utilize two style of case magazines, a standard horizontal magazine or an optional vertical magazine.
5. The inline horizontal magazine utilizes powered chain advancement for the knock-down blanks. The vertical magazine picks and feeds knock-down blanks into horizontal rollers for smooth operating reliability and blank transfer.
6. It can be matched with hot melt glue system or OPP tape sealing system.
