Main characteristics:
This bottle cap machine is our new developed rotary capper, which suitable for pump cap, normal round cap. Bottle inlet and cap inlet could be holding controlled. No harm to bottles and caps when capping. High qualified rate of capping. Properties of products have achieved international advanced level and it has been appreciated by international tycoon daily chemical company.
1. Capping process description: feeding cap by manual— sorting cap in order — capping automatically (pump cap)
Feeding cap by cap sorter — sorting cap in order — Capping automatically ( normal round cap)
2.Torque control: 2~4N.M(adjustable)
3. Automatic checkout equipment: when photosensor test bottles, the equipment work, no bottle no work. When photosensor test there are bottle blocking at outlet part, the equipment will stop. Failure alarm: three color alarm light. Alarm method: light flashing.
4. Capping degree of tightness could be adjusted by separation and reunion device. Separation and reunion device in capping part was special designed, good effect and protect cap from being harmed by over friction.
5.this bottle cap machine adopts strict rust production and anti-corrosion measure. Main material is SUS304, machine rack is carbon steel covered with SUS 304 stainless steel. High working accuracy parts and low noise. Adjustable capping speed and torque. Durable and wear-resisting, stable working and easy adjusting.
