1.What should i do for extending the dry bushing life ?
1). Don't allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure
2). Use the accurate installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
3). Lubricate the bearing to avoid rust with high quality mineral oil, especially in summer
4). General inspection, such as the surrounding temperature, vibrate, noise inspection
5). Keep bearing cleaning from dirt, dust, pollutant, moisture.
6). Bearing should not be ultra cooled.
2. How long do I expect the good to be sent out ?
(1) stock dry bushing can ship out within 3 days for small order ,if large order might use one week
(2) for large order need about 30days .
3.Whats the shipping method can we use ?
(1) Quantity not exceed 5000pcs ,can use express shiping (ups,dhl,fedex,tnt)
(2) Quantity exceed 5000pcs, can ship by sea
4.Can I use paypal payment ?
sure ,you can use paypal payment , we can accept TT,L/C,Money Gram,Western Union ,you can use as you wish
5. Can I request Carton Packing ?
Yes ,of couse , we can pack the goods as your request .either export box or wooden pallet or carton packing all is ok .
6. How should I know if your dry bushing quality is ok ?
thats a good question ,each person has this kind of concern ,this is quite normal .
we have more than 11years making and selling experience in bearing ,we have very strict production line which made our product meets the clients requirement ,we also have very careful quanlity inspection team ,each product has to pass this step if it want to go abroad .Sample orders is acceptable for clients to see our quality . and no doublt we will mass make the product strictly as the sample .
