PVC Flooring Details:

About installation:
Before installation
1. Please confirm the color and LOT NO. Of the production.
2. The ground humidity should below 4.5 percent, and keeping the ground dry.
3. Sweep off all the dirts on the ground, such as painting, oil stain etc.
4. The sew at sight on the ground should be amended before installation.
5. If the ground surface is not flat, planish before operating.
6. Those ground lack of hardness, consolidate in advance.
7. Clean the dust on the surface with cleaning tools, such as dust cleaner.
8. f operating on wood or combining plate surface, be aware the drying and looseness, so assure the surface in shape.
9. The temperature should be the same as the operating site, the floor should be arrived 2 days in advance, in winter, the temperature should keep between 18 and 22 degree, the operation was prohibited when the temperature is below 5degree.
After installation
1. The use of the glue should accord with the rate of the progress
2. The glue should be dedicated for PVC sheet, if not, the party undertaking the construction should be responsible for the problems.
3. Please assure the viscosity before operating, the weather condition might cause a loose of the glue effectiveness.
4. When using the glue, await the glue volatilize on certain extent,, and be aware of ventilation and fire prevention.
5. Please follow the instruction when using the glue,(0.3~0.4 kg/sq.m), install in uniformity, and paste with a 50kg roller.
6. The glue on the surface should be cleaned.
Installation completed
If the floor need waxed, absorb the wax by a cloth, avoid the wax flow into the sew of the floor, loose effect and cause unusual smell.
If the floor was seriously polluted, wash it by the neutral detergent and wipe up with a day cloth.
If any solvent, painting, drug (contain acid and alkalinity composition) fell on the surface after installation, sweep by alcohol as soon as possible.
