Application:
Si-75 is a silicon polyfunctional silicon rubber and tire additives, it has been successfully used in the rubber industry. Its role is to improve the single rubber elastic modulus and tensile strength, significantly improved abrasion resistance and anti- pressure properties of rubber to reduce the viscosity of the adhesive to save energy in this process.
Silicon 75 is the most suitable rubber compounds containing double bonds hydroxyl polymer or blend of filler.suitable fillers include white soot, silicates, chalk, etc.; it can be used in natural rubber (NR), benzene ethylene - butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), acrylonitrile - butadiene rubber (NBR) and ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) and the like.
Silicon 75 having a lower alkyl disulfide reactive functional group , it is possible to provide more reliable scorch safety.
