2. About our product
*Our products are made of good-quality fabrics. We use environmental friendly dyestuff, we ensure
good color fastness (grade 4) and good handfeeling. All the fabrics meet export standards to
Europe and North America.
*Our products are of good workmanship. We haeve latest imported machine and skilled sewing workers, moreover, there is technical training termly for our workers.
*We only use high quality zippers like YKK, THC, SBS
*We only use high quality plastic hardware like K&K, Hualian
*We only offer high quality printing and embroidery.
*Our professional QC supervise the whole manufacturing process.
1. Bulk fabric will be checked for weight, color-shading, shrinkage, composition, hand-feeling, tearing strength etc. Also washing test will be carritd out to check color fastness. After bulk fabric confirmed, we will then continue with PP sample.
2. After getting PP sample, we will do washing test again to make sure everything thing is OK for bulk
3. We will do inspection to check every detail before every time we send sample to our customer.
4. During production, we have 1 professional QC for every 10 workers.
5. The products could only be permitted to be shipped after final inspection.
*For all our products, we can make different color, style, fabric-finish as per customers' requirement.
3. About our company
We are a Industrial and Trading combined company. We have our 100% owned clothing factory. There are 30 persons in our company and 200 persons in our factory.
Our annual turnover is around USD 20 million.
Our main export market is Europe & North America. We are setting up business relationship with several reputable brands there. We have more than 10-year experience of clothing in exporting. Because of our high quality and competitive price, we are getting stronger and bigger gradually, now most of our customers have long-term business with us.
Our main products covers: outdoor wear, sports wear and casual wear. Product lines are: hiking, jogging, cycling, skiing, snow-boarding, sailing, fishing, hunting, equestrianism, fitness and so on.
Our products feature is functional material such as: 2-layer, 2-layer stretch, 2.5-layer, 3-layer, softshell, wind-stop fleece and so on, all are bonded fabric with waterproof&breathable function. We are also good at developing new material.
Certificate & honors: now we have the Oeko-100 certificate for our wool underwear products.
We are applying BSCI certificate.
