I. Description:
Powder coating is the application of paint in the form of tiny dry particles. Unlike traditional wet spray painting methods, we simply use a clean and efficient electrostatic powder coating process. The parts to be painted are given an electrostatic charge that is opposite to the charge given the powder. As the paint powder is sprayed onto these charged parts, the powder particles are naturally drawn towards this opposite charge. This process yields parts that are uniformly coated with a minimum expenditure of powder, which translates to a superior coating for less money than traditional wet spray methods. After the powder is initially applied, the parts are baked at specific temperatures in curing oven. Inside the oven, the plastic powder instantly turns from its solid powdered phase to liquid phase and finally cures into a solid phase. At the end of the process, there will be a durable plastic coating layer that is bonded directly to the metal.

8. Spraying method: 4 auto spray guns (match on 2 reciprocators) & 2 manual spray guns
9. Heating source: natural gas (Other choices are available: electricity, oil or coal)
10. Pretreatment system: Vertical shower type
III. Process flow
1. Feed your steel table & chair legs on this automatic powder coating line
2. Degreasing stage (50-60 Celsuis for 2 mins)
3. Rinsing stage (Room temperature for 1 min)
4. Phosphating stage (50-60 Celsuis for 2 mins)
5. Rinsing stage (Room temperature for 1-2 mins)
6. Drying off oven to remove surface moisture (100-120 Celsuis for 10 mins)
7. Powder application with spray guns
8. Powder curing (180-200 Celsuis for 20 mins)
9. Finished product discharging
