Machine Features

1. The machine can produce compression springs,simple torsion springs(with a optional device).

2. The machine has 5 axis which are wire feed axis,2 cutter axis,pitchi axis, cam axis, and it has one motor to drive mandrel lifting up and down and another motor to bend hook before mass producing. The machine is much easier to adjust than traditional machine.

3.The machine interface allows easy programming in place. the software can be updated by USB and RS232 port.

4. The machine is equipped with uninterrupted power supply(UPS),which ensures uninterrupted operation of CNC machine.
