Screw in tubular heater is standardized for use in water or other liquids, Finned tubular heater is especially for air heating cabinets or tunnels. Additional teflon sleeving is available.

1)Electricheating element shell adopts S31603 stainless steel pipe, shrinkage pipespecifications for diameter12.
2)Electricheating element internal fever materials choose high-temperature alloy wire.Heat conductor and lead electrode adopts advanced soft connection technology,which make heat conductor effectivelyand reliably lead electrode connection for an organic whole, to avoid heatconductor and raises effective electrode from lead to electric heating elementis not hot.
3)Insulatingmaterials use high purity crystalline magnesium oxide powder.
4)Electric heating element of the sealingmaterial adopt high temperature secondary curing insulation sealing materials(epoxy resin), to avoid electric heating elements work long-term insulationdrop, increase leakage current insecurity.
5)Singleelectric heat pipe cold insulation resistance is more than 500 m Ω, dielectricstrength test of 2000 v/min, no breakdown, flashing phenomenon.
