Descriptive abstract:
This model is designed mainly for the fine powder and small granular which easily to spout dust and high-accuracy packing requirement. Based on the feedback sign given by below weight sensor, this machine do measuring, two-filling , and up-down work ,etc. It is specially suitable for filling additives, carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher, flour, milk powder and other which needs high packing accuracy.
Main features:
- Ø Delta Servo motor control : Drive screw for dosing and filling, perform stably, and with high accuracy. Up-down lifer also control by servo, Few dust spouts out when filling.
- Ø PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.
- Ø Load cell detected the filled weight and send signal to do fast filling and slow filling and guarantee the high packaging accuracy.
- Ø With handwheel to adjust the height to suit different size container
- Ø Change screw for different range weight dosing, different filling pulse preset for different density /character material easy get high accuracy
- Ø With absorb pipe for dust vacuum into the outer collector to keep the workshop
Cleaning
- Ø Made of stainless steel, meet GMP standard
- Ø Standard model with level split hopper, easily to be fixed and unload ,easy for inner cleaning
- Ø Level sensor on the top of the hopper to control the feeding machine automatic work
- Ø Process: put container on the machine → container raise → fast filling,container declines → weight reaches the pre-set number → slow filling→ weight reaches the target number → take the container away manually
