1. How It Works?
How the vacuum tube solar collector works?
Here is the working principle chart help us understand how it works:
1) Solar absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.
2) Solar heat transfer: Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe
3) Solar energy storage: Water is circulated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling.

By using latest flowpipe shaping machine, we produce flowpipe-the key part of a solar collector by ourselves. This is under the strict produce process.
4. How We Test It?
After the solar collector was made, we install the sample and check carefully to ensure our customer get the qualified product.

1. We offer customers 5 years for whole solar systems;
2. Carton design for customers is free offered on container order;
3. Any questions regarding our products, we are always at your service.
4. 1% extra vacuum tubes will be sent free.
