Integrated Pressure Solar Water Heaters
1. working principle
Jineng high pressure compact solar water heater adopts advanced heat pipe and all glass vacuum tube technology. Highly efficient vacuum tube absorbs heat from sunlight and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end of itself. Condenser indirectly contacts with water through a copper cap and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube. The available size of the tank ranges from 100L to 300L

- Clearance of remains and sundries in water tank should be done ahead of installation in the purpose of avoiding walling up in or out vents, which may make water tank split up or deflated.
- Do not load water when it is suuny. Better to load water at night or early in the morning expecially for the new unit. As the temperature of vacuum tube can reach 270°C at the highest. When water flowing at this time, vacuum tubes will be broken.
- When loading water at a high water level, do not turn on the inlet valve openly but let water flow slowly to the tank, or the inner tank will be broken due to the expansion of high pressure.
- It is inappropriate to load water at a low water level, which will result in hot water in the tank reflowing to water pipe
- Before having a bath, it is necessary to avoid scalding with hand to testing the temperature of water.
- If electrical heater is installed, it should be cut off when you shower.
