The zinc can is the negative terminal and anode material |

The separator and the bottom paper are inserted to prevent battery short-circuit between the positive and the negative electrode. |

The mixture of manganese dioxide, electrolyte and others are filled as the cathode material |

Inserting carbon rod |
The carbon rod for collecting electricity is inserted into the middle of the battery |

Sealing |
The plastic gasket for sealing is fitted to prevent leakage and water evaporation |

Fitting tinplate bottom and metal jacket |
The tinplate bottom and washer are placed on the bottom of zinc can and covered by metal jacket |

The finished battery is packed by shrink after inspecting on its voltage, current and appearance |
