Ultrasonic spot welding machine is the termini generals of the equipment for handheld ultrasonic welding. It includes ultrasonic beading machine, ultrasonic hot rig machine, plastic welding machine, ultrasonic cutting machine, etc. It can be used not only by stand-alone, but also putting on table with computer controlled the tools or work pieces.
Ultrasonic spot welding machine is composed of ultrasonic transducer, amplitude transformer, tools, cover, drive power, etc. Drive power converts the electric supply to high frequency & voltage AC current, then transfers to ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer is an energy conversion device, which could converts electric energy to mechanical energy ultrasonic. The form of expression is the transducer makes the scalable motion frequently. The frequency of scalable motion equals to that of AC current supplied from drive power. The amplitude transformer is for fixing whole ultrasonic vibration system, and magnifies the output vibration from transducer. Tools head will magnify the vibration again and output ultrasonic.
