Working principle:

       Put the PTFE film between two welding horns, when the PTFE film welding machine is working, the temperature of two welding horns reach 450-500°C,let the high temperature adhesive tape material(between two PTFE film)reach the melting point,so achieve welding effect.

Applications:

       PTFE film welding machine is widely used in welding PTFE material,PFA,FEP, PVDF and so on.

For example: Awning fabric, Shade fabric, advertising board, tent fabric…

     This is new PTFE welding machine, there are two molds, one is hot mold, the other is cold mold. after hot welding, no need to move the PTFE fim, the machine will change to the cold mold, Product appearance smooth, and no fold.
