Introduction:
1. Welding for different thickness canvas material.
2. Welding and connecting for material with big length.
3. 5557 sparking device can protect mold.
4. Different machine with different output power can weld in different length.
Specifications:
1. Normally, for 5kw machine, it can weld 700mm. For 8kw machine, it can weld 1000mm, and for 12kw machine, it can weld 1300mm. So different requirements decide the different output power.
2. There is cavity designed specially for putting material conveniently.
3. Special grounding device makes the machine more stable.
4. It adopts coaxial output tuner which makes the output powerful. Meanwhile, it adopts 5557 sparking device to protect mold well. The welding time can be adjusted according to different material and thickness.
APPLICATION:
DXCW5-1 canvas welding machine is special for canvas welding. It is widely used for welding tarpaulin, tent, movie screen, membrane structure, advertisement cloth, methane-generating pit, impounding reservoir, swimming pool, etc.
