A.Structure and working principle
The main dryer machine, consists of a horizontal cylinder and a steam heated rotor which is equipped with heating plates. There are propellers in the plates, the angel of which could be adjusted, to push the meal ahead. In the Fishmeal Dryer,the steam through the rotor is distributed through the heating plates evenly. The steam and the condensed water flow separately in the coiled tubes in the heating plates.
B.Features
1. Fitting with Clutch, the dryer machine could be directly restarted with loading when sudden-stop during operation, avoid emptying inside materials
2. With steam jacket, increase drying area, properly improve drying efficient, to assure material drying adequately.
3. Compression handles, compact structure, convenient open and shut for the dryer machine.
4. The Main shaft is made of super thick quality seamless pipe
