BCS-300-100 Manual Batch Mixing skid
Product Explanation:BCS-300-100 Manual Batch Mixing skid, it is regarded as the economic and substantial edition which is based on continuous batch mixing system without ACM system, and applied to slurry batch mixing work during cement work. Working principle: to realize slurries circulating mixing by recirculating centrifugal pump, at the same time to meet the destination of cementing and dry additive through flexible ejector on the top of tank.
The batch mixing tank can be installed two structures: single tank 120BBL or 2X50BBLdouble tank

2.Adopt international pop single tank or 2x50BBL, and install large power blender in each tank
3.Special design of hoist collision-proof brace, easy to transport and hoist
4.Choose the electricity driver system, it can meet the demand of ZONE-II and suit to offshore flat work
