Choke and Kill Manifold and Mud Manifold/Well Control System

Choke and Kill Manifold together with BOP stacks are the main equipments of well control system in oil drilling.

Together with hydrualic control console , this system could realize romote control.

Choke Manifold

Choke Manifold is adopted to execute new drilling-well's technique of balance pressure, which is design and manufactured according to API Spec 16A/16C.
Choke Manifold can avoid pollution of oil-layer and improve the speed of drilling and control blowout effectively.
The choke manifold consists of choke valves, gate valves, line pipes, fittings, pressure gauges and other components.
Our choke manifold could work under the pressure 14~105 Mpa(2000psi~15000psi).
The master bore including: 2-1/16"(52),2-9/16"(65),3-1/8"(80), 4-1/16 "(103).

We have one layer and two layers type for option.

Kill Manifold

Kill manifold is necessary equipment in well-control system to pump drilling fluid into well barrel or inject the water into wellhead, which is design and manufactured according to API Spec 16A/16C.
It consists of check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges and line pipes.
Our choke manifold could work under the pressure 14~105 Mpa(2000psi~15000psi).

Drilling Mud Manifold
Mud manifold is used to collect drilling mud drained out of two mud pumps and carry it into the mud tank. ·
