We developed PTFE seamless belts by polishing equipment and fine processing techniques. This kind of products are made of fine fiberglass or Kevlar, woven into cylindraceous shape fabrics and coated with Teflon under specific conditions.
Seamless PTFE fusing machine belts overcome the ago problems of old traditional fusing machine belts; such as bad stability, ruptures and deflecting for different
girth in two sides at the joint. The using life of seamless PTFE fusing machine
belts is much longer than all kinds of joint PTFE fusing machine belts.

Applications :
Flatbed laminator systems are double belt presses with both in line heating and cooling sections. The materials that are laminated are often covered with a heat activated adhesive therefore the PTFE belt is an excellent choice due to its non stick properties. Also due to the high and low temperatures experienced immediately after each other within the process, the belts are well suited to handle this quick change in temperature.
