WEW-600B Microcomputer Screen Display Hydraulic Universal Material Testing Machine For Metal Test
Introduction:
I. Technical Description and Application Scope
a. The series of products are mainly used in mechanical property test of stretching, compressing, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing etc. of metal and nonmetal materials.
b. The series of products are of oil cylinder lower placed and double-space framework structure, the stretching and compressing space can be adjusted automatically with hydraulic automatic clamp, and they are set with manual control mode. The control unit is composed by computer and hydraulic system. The testing data can be taken and stored randomly and can realize re-analysis of data and curves, partial amplification and re-edit of data, sample, environment and testing conditions. Besides, the unit can automatically evaluate the indexes of all mechanical properties of the materials and print out integral testing reports and curves.
2. Detailed specification
1). Host machine:
A. Specification and model: WEW-600B (see the right picture);
B. Introduce Japanese host machine technology with oil cylinder lower placed (the oil cylinder is casted in integral and sealed by grinding the space in precision, characterized in small friction and stable property etc.). The stretching space lies above the host machine, the compressing and bending testing spaces are between the lower beam and the workbench of the host machine.
2). Testing force measurement:
A. Range of testing force measurement: 24-600KN;
B. Precision of indicating value of the testing force: ±1% of the indicating value;
C. Resolution ratio of testing force measurement: 0.005%FS
3). Deformation measurement:
A. Range of deformation measurement: 4%-100%;
B. Precision of indicating value of deformation: ±1% of the indicating value;
C. Resolution ratio of deformation measurement: 0.01mm
4). Displacement measurement:
A. the photoelectric encoder measures the travel distance of piston;
B. Relative error of displacement indicating value: ±1%;
C. Resolution ratio of displacement measurement: 0.005mm
5). Clamping mode: semi-open chuck, independent hydraulic clamping
6.) Maximum stretching testing space: 650mm
7). Maximum compressing space: 600mm
8). Travel distance of piston
9). Clamping thickness and width of flat test piece: 0-30×75mm
10). Clamping diameter of round test piece: φ13-φ40mm
11). Maximum space between bending fulcrum: 360mm
12). Distance between vertical posts at two sides: 450mm
13). Dimension of upper and lower pressing plates: φ160mm
14). Transmission system: the lifting of lower beam is transmitted by hydraulic motor, gears, nuts and screws to realize the adjustment of stretching and compressing spaces.
