1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Both of them. We are a company, and we also have two factories, respectively locates in Foshan and Dongguan, Guangdong province of China.
2. Q: Can you make customized items?
A: Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide their sketches.
3. Q: Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?
A: Yes, of course. We charge you mould fees and will send real samples for your checking with shipping fee on your side.
After your confirmation, then will start the order.
4. Q: Should I need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time?
A: No, you do not need to pay for the mold again, it will be used for a long time.
5. Q: How many days needed for production?
A: Normally 3-5 days for ODM design, and 15 days for OEM design and according to your quantity.
6. Q: What's the shipping method?
A: Normally use international express as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc.
