Order process
Just simply provide us the drawings or samples.
Our R&D department will provide the design for you.
Customized-made and OEM are welcome.
You do agree the design drawings and sign back to us.
We will precede the next step of sample making and send the samples to you for the confirmation.
Till the samples are totally accurate, we will start to produce.
Production process
Pattern design => samples sign back confirmation => material measurement => report every step of production
=> Quality control dimension inspection => assemble products => packing (based on clients' requirement)
Every step during the production and manufacture will follow up your lead time.
Material Availability
We will follow every customer’s requirements for their needs and select the best quality material, too.
For example, Stainless Steel: SS 201, SS 303, SS 304, SUJ2, S2 , HSS and SS316. Etc. Carbon Steel: AISI1045, 9SMnPb28. etc.
Bronze; Brass; Grey iron & Ductile Iron; Aluminum and so on.
Surface Treatment:
Zinc/Nickel/Chrome/Ni/Tin/Copper/Silver plated, spray paint, copper satin, blackfast, anodized, anti-corrosion, Oxidation and so on.

The defect of the products which occurred by our mistake will be responsible for the return or exchange.
In order to decrease the defect products, we will double check the quality before the packing.
The first step is dimension quality check from our QC department; the second step is the appearance check while packing.
