 Manuka stone was packed by single pcs, each pcs was selected by our workers, then packed with 5 layers

cartons and wooden pallet, we can reduice the breakage between 1%-3% when custommer received it.

if customer want use their design cartons, once your quantity reach 1 container, we can do for you.

 Manuka Stone Loading:                                                                                                

Manuka stone was loaded by forklift, depend on the volume, we advice customer choose 20' container, each

container load 20 pallets, we can finishe in 30 mins by our profession driver, during the loading, we will take

many pictures and send to customer after finished, so that customer can watch all the course.

 Payment and produce time:                                                                                         

Payment:

1. we usual accept T/T 100%, 30% in advance, the balance should be paid before loading;

2. If you have large quantity, we also accept L/C,CIF and CNF.

Prodce time:

1. 1 container usual need 20-25 days after received the deposite;

2. If you need stone urgently, we also can adjust the produce schedule.

How does Manuka Stone withstand freeze / thaw cycles?

Manuka Stone products are tested for freeze/thaw durability. As with any installation, making sure to

incorporate good building practices that include proper flashing and water diversion techniques will

help ensure a successful installation.

Will Manuka Stone fade?

The base color is blended throughout and permanent mineral oxide pigments are applied and

absorbed when the veneer is cast. Color becomes an integral part of the veneer and, similar to

natural stone, there are minimal noticeable color changes after years of weathering.

Where can I install Manuka Stone?

 Manuka Stone can be applied to any structurally sound surface with the proper preparation. It fits

nearly any building plan — large or small, interior or exterior, new residential or commercial projects

 or on any remodel.

Does the color fading soon if i use for out side?

No, we make protection on the surface, it acid restant, weather proof, we can make sure the color do

not change in 15 years at least.

How important is a good stone installation?

 As with any building material, the beauty of that product is greatly enhanced by how well it is installed.

With Manuka Stone, careful consideration regarding the type of profile and color selected, the actual

installed stone “pattern”, and the type of grout technique used, are all very important factors to regard.

It is always best to create a mock up board with the desired aesthetic appeal prior to installation on

your project.

Can I install Manuka Stone near water?

 It is not recommended for use below the water line in a pool, a fountain or below grade. Due to the

large amount

of water or moisture in the area, our product will be at risk for deterioration or discoloration. We would

recommend using a natural stone in these types of applications.

If i need samples, can you supply?

 yes,we can supply the sample for free,.but you need pay the freight charge.

What measures should be taken for hot /cold weather installations?

 For cold weather installations ambient temperature should be 40ºF or higher at the time Manuka

Stone veneer is applied. If the temperature is below 40ºF, mortar should be heated between 40ºF –

120ºF (not to exceed 140ºF). Any mortar that freezes should be discarded. Wall surfaces may need

to be covered and heated after installation of veneer to avoid freezing the mortar. Mortar should be

kept under 120ºF and be used within 2 hours of initial mixing.

If i want new design stone, what can i do?can you copy it?

Yes,We can copy, you need supply us 2-3 sqm sample, so that we can use it to copy the texture and

size. usually, we receive about $2000-$2500 for modle charge, if your that model's order total reach

3000 sqm, we will return to you.
