Application Areas
SBZ-B1 Weight Indicator Calibrator can perform fast calibration on drilling and workover weight indicators and 0~10MPa bourdon tube pressure gauges at well site. It can also calibrate various kinds of secondary instruments of hydraulic drilling and workover weight indicators and chart recorders. It is an indispensable tool for oilfield drilling/workover crew and professional maintenance personnel of drilling/workover weight indicators.
Features
1. The calibrator is portable and equipped with hand pump and pressure adjuster. It is characterized by simple operation, multiple functions, small and light structure.
2. It enjoys large memory capacity, fast pressure increment and adjustable pressure (adjustable between 0~10MPa).
3. Standard calibration and quick calibration methods make operation more convenient and flexible.
4. It can communicate with computer for data processing and uniform report output, and thus is conducive to the realization of standardized management.
