Application range:
applies to natural petrol (stable light hydrocarbon), automobile
gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, mineral spirits with special
boiling point, naphtha, mineral petroleum, kerosene, diesel, gas oil,
distillated fuel and other similar petroleum products.
Function Features
— 10.4"touch screen computer with USB and Ethernet
— Windows operation system; distillation application software
that can switch between Chinese and English
— Precise monitoring of liquid level in the cylinder with
photoelectric sensor and stepper motor,thus the distillation volume
can be measured precisely
— Display the distillation process dynamically, and the distillation
curve and related parameters on a real-time basis. The heating power
can be automatically improved on a real-time basis
— The program can set any measuring point for retrieved volume
— Numerous method files can be set up and called at any time
— Automatic temperature control of cold bath and cylinder batch, which satisfies the test conditions of all categories of petroleum required by the standards
— The highly efficient and environment friendly semiconductor cooling is used
— Automatically determine ending conditions and provide test result for printing
— Dry point can be measured (optional)
— Special petroleum sample including heat conductive oil can be tested
— Precise measurement and calibration of air pressure
— Automatic test of accidental fire, and fire-fighting devices can be equipped (optional)
— The test result is displayed in standard XML format which can be sent to LIMS system of the chemical laboratory
