Application Areas
1. SZJ-X Multi-parameter Drilling Workover Instrumentation System is manufactured by JPIM for various workover rigs, and is mainly used to measure and display variation of different engineering parameters during workover process and to assist drillers to monitor working status of workover rig.The system mainly consists of driller s console and CAN bus type sensor, and the driller s console is mainly composed of a built-in PC/104 computer and a touch-screen LCD.
Features
1. It is compact, high integrated, and enjoys easy installation and excellent adaptability.
2. Modularized structure and easy extension. Various parameters can be grouped together in accordance with requirement of customers.
3. Equipped with a built-in PC/104 industrial control computer, all the data can be acquired and processed in a reliable way.
4. Monitoring software can acquire, display and save various parameters and assist in setting alarming thresholds of relevant parameters and realizing acoustic and optical alarm.
5. Touch-screen LCD, human-machine dialog operation and best visual effect.
6. Collected data can be transmitted to the command center at base via GPRS so that users can monitor working status of rig in real time.
7. As all the composing parts of the system are connected through CAN bus, it is easy to conduct field installation, adjustment and maintenance.
8. The system enjoys a wide range of working voltage, excellent stability, strong anti-jamming capacity and long-term trouble-free service.
