SNK Mud Level Monitor and Grouting System
Introduction:
SNK Mud Level Monitor and Grouting System is specially designed and produced for drilling rigs to measure and display variation of mud tank volume, total mud pit volume, mud gain/loss and other parameters during drilling/workover operation in petroleum and geological exploration job.
Features:
1. The system is of modularization structure and is easy to extend as required
2.High integrated micro-controller is employed for data acquisition and process, which is of high reliability.
Anticorrosion, oil proof, water proof , flame retardant and low-temperature resistant special cable and sealed waterproof and explosive-proof aerial plugs are used, which simplifies drilling rig movement.
3. High brightness LCD Humanity design of display interface. Parameter display, parameter calibration, alarm settings can be realized via button operation. All are easier for human-computer interaction.
4. With the help of back-end monitoring system, real-time remote display, monitor and acousto-optic alarm can be realized. All the parameters can be real-time displayed, saved and printed in table and curves.
5. Working voltage of the system is wide. The system is of good performance and high anti-interference ability, and can be long time used with failure free service.
6. Automatic mud grouting function is realized, which greatly reduces labor intensity for mud grout during and workover process.
