Product Description:
The control system for surface mounted BOP (blowout preventer) stacks is special equipment, which is used to control BOP, hydraulic chock, kill system and diverter equipment, and indispensable equipment for blowout preventer during drilling or workover in petroleum and natural gas industry.
The function of the control system for surface mounted BOP stacks is preparing and prestoring enough hydraulic oil and controlling its flow direction, in order to open or close BOP quickly. As the hydraulic oil used, the pressure drops down, when the pressure lowers to a certain value, the control system will renew the hydraulic oil automatically, to keep the pressure in a certain high value.
Main features of the FKDY electro-hydraulic control
1. Remote control distance can reach 200 meters;
2. the control delay time is less than 0.5 second;
3. Whether the BOP is open or close station can be shown real-time.
4. Maintenance operator should be trained professionally.
5. It can record curves of all kinds of pressure on the remote control panel.
