NP-180 Horizontal Automatic Packing Machine
The NP Series horizontal automatic packing machines are ideally suitable for the manufacture and filling of 3 and 4 rimmed sealed pouches, double pouches, stand-up pouches, bottom-folding pouches and contour pouches. Different types of powder, granulates, small-sized products, liquids, creams, cloths and much more can be packed. Generally this Series horizontal packing machines are used as an integrated part of the production processes in the foodstuff, cosmetic and chemical industries.
Application(Horizontal Automatic Packing Machine):
The horizontal automatic packing machine is used for packaging different types of powder, granulates, small-sized products, liquids, creams, cloths and etc.
Technical Characters(Horizontal Automatic Packing Machine):
1. Programmable Control System: Siemens PLC, it could be programmed by customers requirement.
2. Suitable for many types of popular pouches, combined with different filling equipments.
3. Main structure's material of machine is SS304 which insures the beautiful appearance and antisepticise under serious cauterization circumstance.
4. Advanced technology of film web changing and pouches forming, helps cutting the packaging cost.
5. High performance of multi-filling stations makes packaging more efficient.
6. Servo-control combined with HMI technology and humanization design, make operation easier and safer.
7. Optional filling system: Volume cup filler for granule; Auger filler for powder; Piston filler for paste; Magnetic drive pump.
