BG60R Automatic Filling & Sealing Machines
Automatic Filling & Sealing Machines BG60R SeriesFully automatic cup filling sealing machine can automatic complete falling cup, ultraviolet radiation sterilization, filling, sealing, cutting, printing production date, finished output processes. The machine is made of stainless steel 304 and aluminum alloy. The product contact parts made of stainless steel 316, which is produced in strict accordance with the food industry hygiene standards; Plastic tray and odd shaped tray can be customized as requirement.
Application(Automatic Filling & Sealing Machines):
Fully automatic cup filling sealing machine is widely applied to the food and beverage industry, such as milk, mineral water, jelly, oil, tea etc.
Technical Characters of Automatic Filling & Sealing Machines:
1. Control system: Omron PLC programmed control system and touch screen, Intuitive, stable, easy to operate.
2. International components: AIRTAC cylinder and solenoid value, Schneider sensor and electronic components.
3. It used the converter motor and protractor driving system ensure the precise positioning when adjust the speed.
4. Double sealing system ensure the perfect sealing quality.
5. The machine is made of stainless steel 304 and aluminum alloy, the product contact parts made of stainless steel 316, which is produced in strict accordance with the food industry hygiene standards
6. The machine used the plastic reel film to sealing the products, more economical and health.
7. The machine's filling system used the piston structure, it can accurate filling the liquid and paste material.
8. Safety guard with door switch which used for machine to pause.
9. Optional: Plastic cups detection device, Pre-cut foil detection device, double filling system, sealed cylindrical tank.
10. Special circumstances can be customized according to customer.
